FOOD

I strongly reccommend using Catering Services when serving large groups of people.
Most venues require you to use "in house" catering services which can limit your menu options.
VENU
Normally venues will supply or recommend;
planners, catering , bar options, entertainment and decor rental that you can choose from to create your event.

BEVERAGES
Hot or frosty no event is complete without them. Usually arranged through either the venue or caterer and will most likely require a permit and or security if alcohol is being served. Check with the venu for policies and city ordinances.
DECOR
Otherwise it's just a bunch of people in a room. You spent all this time and energy planning this thing, shouldn't it look like it? Decor is what sets the ambiance for the event. Formal or casual, eccentric or traditional the decor tells your guests what to expect.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Just because anyone can, doesn't mean just anyone should. Photographing or recording your event is important but making sure the person doing it knows what they are doing is irreplaceable. There's nothing worse than missed opportunities and bad pictures when it's all said and done.
ENTERTAINMENT
More than just DJ's and MC's. From comedy acts to petting zoos, there's all kinds of entertainment to choose from that will compliment your event.

RENTAL SUPPLIES
Tent rentals, tables & chairs, linens and serving ware are your basic rental supplies but depending on your event you can rent a lot more than that. Mobile Video Gaming, Bounce Houses, Hot Tubs, Party Buses, Luxury Porta- Potties, Dance Floors, Food Trucks and Lighting.
