ABOUT PRICING

The area that always seems grey, is constantly expanding and makes or breaks the deal.

I provide my clients with straight forward hourly pricing for my time and labor. Products, materials and supplies as well as sales tax and shipping costs are the responsiblity of the client. Which is why my clients can puchase whatever they want from wherever they want at whatever cost they originally saw it.  I do NOT mark up or pad pricing for materials, supplies or products even when purchasing on my client's behalf. I look for the lowest pricing on the highest quality goods for every single one of my clients. I am a firm believer in fair pricing and would never ask my clients to pay something I wouldn't be willing to myself.

Services can be combined, products can be puchased at cost and clients can stay with-in budget. It just takes little bit of creative thinking, a dash of ingenuity and somebody who knows what they're doing.

ABOUT

ME

Over 20 years experience with both commerical and residential properties.

A lead designer by the age of 25, my professional career began designing hotels, assited living facilities and restaurants. With 27 sales reps throughout the United States reporting directly to me daily, I recieved an extensive education with the ins and outs of commerical specifications, FF&E and contruction practices. In 2009, I went out on my own as a freelance designer and consultant and started Elizabeth Rock Designs. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work on some notable projects that have been published in design magazines and featured in local news stories. From the first hotel built on Kelly's Island to the historical restoration of the J.J. Deal building in Michigan, I have accumulated a vast amount of experience with all sorts of  commerical and residential projects.
